Congratulations again on your job offer, you're almost there! Unfortunately, your background check is taking longer than expected and has not fully completed. Successful completion of a background check is a condition of employment with Comcast.

Fortunately, you are eligible for a contingent offer of employment! This means you will be allowed to start in your new role while your background investigation continues processing.

If your background investigation is successful, you will receive a notification from our drug and background vendor, Cisive, and your background check will be complete.

If your background investigation contains adverse information, the company reserves the right to revoke this offer of employment.

You do not have to accept the contingent offer of employment. You will be given the option to:

• Decline, you will simply continue to wait for your background check to complete before you may start.
• Accept, you will be prompted to sign a letter accepting this offer.
